Many of Milberg’s factored and financed clients are involved in either importing or outsourcing. At times, overseas vendors of Milberg’s clients require that clients provide trade letters of credit to support the importing of goods. 

As an additional service, Milberg will establish dedicated letter of credit lines for clients and have trade letters of credit issued to foreign suppliers on their behalf. Milberg uses a number of its line banks for the issuance of letters of credit. Milberg trade specialists can also assist clients by providing country-by-country guidance for appropriate documentation and terms.
